We are looking for people aligned to our values - loving, caring, giving, compassionate.
We ask for a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week, with some flexibility for early morning visits (from 7:30am), evenings, and weekends.
Pay
- £14.20 per hour (£15.91 incl. holiday pay) – weekdays
- £15.20 per hour (£17.03 incl. holiday pay) – weekends
- Enhanced pay applies for visits after 7pm (plus holiday pay)
What you can expect from us
- Minimum 1-hour appointments — no rushed visits
- Paid travel time between appointments
- 45p per mile petrol allowance
- A friendly and supportive office team
- Consistent clients where possible, with continuity of care
- All clients are personally assessed and approved by our team, helping to ensure positive and rewarding care visits
- Paid training and ongoing support
- Time to genuinely build meaningful relationships
- A rewarding mix of personal care and relationship-led support
- Care is typically delivered to clients who do not require complex manual handling interventions (including hoisting)
- 15-hour contracted positions may be available for suitable candidates
- Enhanced DBS check (including Adult Barred List check) required — arranged and paid for by us
