Tyrone and another in Hatfield, London. The new position of Sales/Office Administrator is based in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone . This is a great opportunity to join a growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all departments within the company.
General Job Duties:
Ø Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
Ø Make out-going calls
Ø Carry out day to day administrative duties
Ø Processing & placing orders
Ø Providing quotes
Ø Taking and processing payments
Ø Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Ø Complete reports for management
Ø Monitoring customer accounts
Ø Updating customer records
Ø Building databases / spreadsheets
Ø Follow up leads, and keep detailed records
Ø Marketing activities, including company mailshots
Ø Warehouse cover
Ø Producing invoices and statements
Ø Debt chasing
Ø Governments statistics; TSS, EC Sales, Intrastat
Ø Coordinating with all other departments within the company
Ø The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.

The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math and Office Skills, integrity, honesty.
Full clean driver's license is required
Knowledge of Sage line 50 or 200 is desirable but not essential
