Duties:
- Complete all aspects of paintwork, including prepping, priming, painting, and polishing, from start to finish
- Accurately carry out work within manufacturer repair times and standards
- Ensure their vehicles’ finishes meet the highest quality expectations
- Carry out repairs on both full and partial bumpers
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an automotive bodyshop
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage full job flow
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills; ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
- Eye for detail and a quality-conscious approach
