About the Role
As a Baker in our in-store bakery, you will play an important role in preparing, baking, and presenting a range of fresh bakery products for our customers. You will be part of a busy team where quality, consistency, and attention to detail are key.
This role would suit someone with strong commercial baking experience who enjoys hands-on bakery work and wants a full-time position with excellent pay and flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and baking a variety of bakery products
- Ensuring all products are baked, finished, and displayed to a high standard
- Following recipes, production schedules, and company procedures
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Managing stock rotation and helping to reduce waste
- Working efficiently as part of a busy bakery team
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a commercial baking setting
- Previous experience in an in-store bakery, retail bakery, or commercial bakery
- Good knowledge of bakery production and food safety standards
- A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours where required
