The Development Project Manager is a key role in our Construction and Property Delivery Directorate, responsible for overseeing the professional development of a wide range of new build and refurbishment housing projects, from briefing to in-use, to provide more great homes for our Clients. We are commencing a significant retrofit programme to meet our Client’s needs, to continue to provide excellent Decent Homes and to meet our sustainability obligations. A seasoned professional is needed to help drive us towards our Net Zero Carbon targets, to improve sustainable outcomes for our Clients, minimising disruption, focussing on “whole building” principles and ensuring that project costs are minimised to maximise investment for our Clients.
