Helpdesk Co-Ordinator Temp (6 months - possibly longer) . **IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED** 37 Hrs per week. Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm Friday 9am - 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. Based in Kearsley. £12.71 p/h.
Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced helpdesk co-ordinator / customer service advisor to join their facilities team in Kearsley on a temporary basis for a minimum of six months, handling reactive maintenance and supporting with installation of new equipment.
Duties
- Handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
- Building relationships with practice contacts
- Liaising with contractors
- Logging jobs and arranging parts
- Taking messages
- Updating records
- Target driven
To be successful you will be confident and professional on the phone and have good organisational skills. Previous helpdesk/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred . You will need good IT skills, the ability to multitask and work on your own initiative, used to working to targets and have excellent time management skills.
