The Reward team manages a broad and evolving benefits portfolio. We have an established flexible benefits platform for our core markets in the UK & Ireland which is currently under review, and we are also increasingly seeing the need for centralisation for administration and management of benefits across our international markets as well as supporting business change projects.
What you’ll do
- BAU Benefits Delivery – Lead the seamless delivery of day-to-day benefits across the UK & Ireland, ensuring a consistently high-quality employee experience and effective administration of all benefit programmes.
- International Benefits Management – Coordinate and support benefits delivery across multiple international markets, working closely with local providers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and market practices.
- Benefits Platform Management & Optimisation – Drive continuous improvement of the benefits platform through system testing, configuration management, issue resolution, process enhancements, and user experience optimisation.
- Supplier Relationship Management & Onboarding – Manage supplier partnerships end-to-end, including onboarding, governance, contract and data protection compliance, service reviews, and performance monitoring against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Project & Renewal Delivery – Support the successful planning and execution of annual benefits renewals, operational initiatives, and strategic benefits projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Build strong partnerships with HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance, and external providers to ensure effective collaboration, clear communication, and alignment on benefits priorities and delivery.
- Continuous Process Improvement – Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the overall benefits administration framework.
- Data Governance & Compliance – Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audit readiness.
- Employee Experience & Communications – Enhance employee engagement with benefits by supporting the development and delivery of clear, impactful communications, guidance, and education initiatives that promote understanding and utilisation of available benefits.

- International Benefits Expertise – Proven experience supporting and managing employee benefits across multiple countries, with a strong understanding of regional market practices, regulatory requirements, and supplier landscapes.
- Attention to Detail & Data Governance – Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Ability to Work Independently & Prioritise Effectively – Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Desirable criteria:
- Benefits Platform Expertise – Experience administering and optimising benefits platforms, such as Darwin, including system configuration, testing, implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous enhancement of the employee user experience.
- HRIS & Payroll Systems Knowledge – Working knowledge of Workday and payroll systems, with an understanding of data flows, system integrations, reporting requirements, and the impact of benefits administration on payroll processes.
- Benefits Regulatory Knowledge – Strong understanding of employee benefits legislation, regulatory requirements, and governance standards, ensuring compliance across all benefits programmes and processes.
- Supplier Governance & Vendor Management Experience – Experience managing third-party providers through robust governance frameworks, including performance monitoring, service reviews, risk management, contractual compliance, and delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
