Duties
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through regular mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting.
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform precise gardening tasks.
- Use power tools including hedge trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers to efficiently manage large areas.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Assist with greenhouse operations by planting, transplanting, and caring for various plants.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities like fertilizing, weed control, mulching, and soil preparation.
Experience
- Proven experience in gardening and landscaping.
- Hands-on experience with lawn care equipment and landscape maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of growing practices related to vegetables, flowers, shrubs, or trees.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Needs to be flexible and available for weekends when needed.
