Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
- Supporting team members with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Updating and maintaining databases with relevant information
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
