The Dukeries Lodge recently underwent a major £1.5million refurbishment, with 17 beautifully designed bedrooms and a cosy pub/restaurant, we're looking for the perfect person to join our cleaning and housekeeping team.
Our housekeeping team maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout our bedrooms and in our public areas of the pub/restaurant. You will be expected to work as a team, completing daily cleaning tasks as required but also deep cleaning duties as per our cleaning schedule.
Duties:
· Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
· Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
· Vacuum and mop floors
· Empty bins and replace liners
· Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the duty manager
Skills:
· Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
· Ability to work independently and follow instructions
· Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
· Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
· Strong communication skills to interact with team members and managers
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
