Position: Geo-Environmental Sample Manager
Location: Acton, West London
Contract Length: Initial 1-2 month contract
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Working Arrangement: Fully office-based
Bennett and Game are currently representing a geo-environmental and ground investigation consultancy who are seeking a Geo-Environmental Sample Manager to join them on a short-term contract basis. This is an immediate requirement to support the coordination of samples across a range of ground investigation and infrastructure projects.
This role would suit a graduate, junior geo-environmental professional, sample coordinator, project administrator or technically minded administrator with strong organisation skills. Full engineering experience is not essential, as the role can be learned on the job.

Managing the coordination of geo-environmental samples, including deliveries and collections

Liaising with clients, laboratories and internal project teams

Preparing and issuing sample schedules to clients and relevant stakeholders

Arranging transport, directions and logistics for sample movements

Maintaining accurate records using Excel

Supporting ground investigation teams with office-based coordination and administration

Ensuring sample information is tracked correctly and communicated clearly

Assisting with day-to-day project support across multiple live UK projects
Geo-Environmental Sample Manager Job Requirements

Previous experience in geo-environmental, ground investigation, laboratory, logistics, project coordination or technical administration would be beneficial
