Red Sky Personnel is recruiting Ad Hoc Labourers and Semi-Skilled Operatives to support a range of construction, engineering and infrastructure projects across Gatwick Airport.

The Role
Working across various airport projects, duties will vary depending on the assignment but may include:
· General labouring duties
· Assisting skilled trades and engineers
· Moving materials and equipment
· Site preparation and clean-up
· Basic installation and maintenance support
· Working safely within active airport environments
· Following strict health & safety procedures at all times
No two shifts are the same, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of projects.
Shift Patterns
This is ad hoc work, meaning shifts are offered as projects become available.
Available shifts include:
· Days
· Nights
· Weekends
· Overtime opportunities may also be available
Flexibility to work at short notice is highly desirable.
Pay
£14.70 - £16.50ph PAYE (CIS /LTD may also be available which will increase the pay)
Rates vary depending on the role, skill level and project.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
· A valid CSCS Card
· The ability to work on an ad hoc basis
· A 5-year employment history (required for airport security clearance)
· No unspent criminal convictions and be able to pass an airport background check
· The right to work in the UK
· A strong work ethic with a reliable and flexible attitude
Previous labouring, construction or semi-skilled experience is highly desirable.
Pay: From £14.70 per hour
