Monday - Wednesday 08.00 - 16.30, Thursday - 11.45 - 16.30, Friday 08.00 - 16.00
About the Role
Hillcrest Homes has an exciting opportunity for a repairs customer service advisor to join our Customer Service team.
Could you be the voice of Hillcrest, on the phone and online. Are you able to deliver an exceptional customer experience and find solutions by using your knowledge, operational expertise, and enthusiasm?
As an advisor you will:

Work in a friendly customer focussed team providing quality advice and support to customers around general repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and allocate repairs to the correct trades using a schedule of rates system
About You
You will:

Be qualified to a minimum level 5 of the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework or equivalent professional qualification
- Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Be experienced in responding to customer enquiries via email and online
- Be confident in using IT applications and ability to learn new systems
This post will suit someone with a friendly manner, excellent listening skills and can work independently and as part of a team. Repairs knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
