What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh breakfast dishes, from hearty classics to lighter options
- Ensuring all food is prepared to a high standard and presented beautifully
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout service
- Monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and reporting shortages when needed
- Working closely with the team to deliver a fun, efficient, and welcoming breakfast service
- Following all health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and breakfast cooking techniques
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in a restaurant or catering setting is highly desirable
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Someone who takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
- A true team player with a passion for great food and hospitality
