Forest House Day Nursery is part of a family owned group of day nurseries located in Bordon, Hampshire. We provide premium childcare for up to 110 children per day within a homely and welcoming environment combined with state of the art equipment. Our 'Good' Ofsted rated nursery is conveniently located central to Bordon and the Forest Shopping Centre, making it a perfect location for parents and staff members alike.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant. This role is 25 hours per week with the daily hours being 10-3pm Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for more hours when we need extra support.
You will be required to cover across our different nursery suites in order to help cover the busy lunchtime period within the Nursery! This is a great role which will allow you to get to know the entire team and all the children in a short space of time, experience variety in tasks and activities, experience the workings of each of the Suites and work efficiently to ensure that Lunchtime and sleep time progress seamlessly.
Our Lunchtime team are a vital part of our nursery day and for this, they are a beloved and longstanding part of our team. These team individuals are dynamic, passionate and happy to get stuck in with whatever is happening in the day, from nappies to garden games, tidying up lunch to patting babies to sleep.
In return, we provide beautiful settings to work in, a welcoming team and a great hourly rate. The ideal candidate would have a Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, but we will accept applications from passionate unqualified individual.
Rate of pay is up to £12.71 per hour.
