SEN/SEMH Tutor
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored tutoring sessions that meet the individual needs of each student.
- Educate students on specific subjects, ensuring they grasp key concepts and improve their academic performance.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to ensure a collaborative approach to learning.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
Experience
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is essential, with a focus on providing educational support to children.
- Familiarity with special education practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information and engage students.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals is crucial.
