Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Due to continued growth, we are looking to support our current team based in Thurnscoe and are now looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Consultant. A willingness to work on call nights and weekends is essential for this position. Hours of work Monday - Friday 09:30 - 18:00.

The Role
- Your main task will be to grow your desk, liaising with new and existing clients, managing their expectations whilst exceeding individual and team targets.
- Sales, both telephone and face to face meetings with prospective and existing clients, building and maintaining client relationships is key for to the success of this role.
- Attracting candidates through advertising platforms and social media, networking and identifying new methods.
- Manage and measure all response through ATS, identifying what methods work.
- Pre screen and interview candidates and put forward for relevant positions.
- Ensure 100% accuracy on compliance, RTW Documents copied and signed and references are complete.
- Take ownership of social media and online marketting.
- General Admin Duties.
- Cover 24/7 on call on a rota basis including nights and weekends
The person:
- Previous experience is advantageous, however full training will be given
- Willing to cover the office on a rota basis between the hours of 09:30 – 18:00 Monday – Friday.
- Willing to work weekends and cover nights on call as part of a rota as this plays a key part of the role.
- Must have driving licence.
