HVAC Quality Manager
- Bristol (Aztec West) or Manchester (City Centre) | Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)

We are recruiting for a HVAC Quality Manager to join the MEH Alliance on the Sizewell C project – playing a key role in ensuring quality excellence across one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes.

What you'll be doing
As a Quality Manager you will ensure compliance with MEH Alliance quality requirements across the full project lifecycle – from contract award through to commissioning and close-out.
You will act as the key quality focal point for the supply chain, working closely with project teams to ensure delivery meets contractual and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving supply chain adherence to quality assurance and control requirements
- Managing and conducting supplier audits, resolving findings
- Reviewing and monitoring quality deliverables and inspection/test plans
- Supporting resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions
- Overseeing quality release of equipment from supplier premises
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across project and supply chain
- Leading and developing Quality Engineers within the team
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a quality professional with experience in complex engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally within regulated environments.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in quality assurance and quality control across major projects
- Proven ability to perform and manage supplier audits
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19443, IAEA etc.)
- A solid understanding of project delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Able to obtain a security clearance
Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or degree in Quality Management, engineering or related discipline
