Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (2x Bedded EBD) – Keighley |Up to £33,674 | 1 days on 2 days off | Career Progression Opportunities

Join a child-centred organisation with a fantastic reputation in the Keighley area as a Residential Support Worker to help shape the future of a fabulous 2x bedded EBD home. The organisation has been running since 1863 and is a charity run organisation.
The home currently accommodates one young person, a 10-year-old female, who is supported on a one-to-one staffing ratio.

What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people
- Support day-to-day routines including social activities, appointments, and life skills development
- Maintain accurate care records and reports
- Promote independence, safety, and well-being at all times
- Contribute to a positive, stable and nurturing home environment
About You:
- Experience working with vulnerable children/young people, particularly those with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- QCF Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Calm, resilient, and able to de-escalate challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using basic IT systems
- Passionate about making a difference
