Stoked is THE place to go for a laid back destination meal, high quality produce, top service, innovative menu and all set in a cosy traditionally built roundhouse and tipi. The kitchen and bar are two adjoined containers, ergonomically designed by the Directors and Head Chef allowing us to offer a complex menu all from a woodfire pizza oven, charcoal grill, commercial smoker and rationale. Stoked is based at the activity hub; Wild Lakes Wales, overlooking the wakeboarding lake with a view of the Preseli hills.
Working at Stoked is not your standard restaurant job, it’s a lifestyle - serving an exciting menu, helping us adapt with the seasons, meeting local climbers and wakeboarders, even hopping onto activities yourself after a shift. We are and always will be family run at the heart of our business, when you join the team, you join the family.
This role would suit someone looking to further their skills and wanting a career within the industry. The job on offer would be a varied hour fixed term contract with possibility of extending or a student wanting to work high season hours with after college hours/weekends through off peak.
