We are seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to join our operation at Park Life Café ,Towneley Park. You will report directly to the site manager and deliver the Life Cafés vision. We operate in venues across the UK, so there is also plenty of room for development and progression within the company.
You must be experienced or in both front of house and kitchen operations, with the ability to work in both areas.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Café Supervisor your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee. Some Barista training essential, ideally with latte art skills.
- Supervising and working alongside the team, delegating duties, ensuring H&S and customer service standards are followed at all times.
- Assisting with customer queries and feedback.
- Key holder duties - opening and closing of the café, cashing up.
- Customer service - warm & friendly hospitality to the guests, till operation and service.
- General café up-keeping - clearing tables, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, re-stocking
- Available for supervising catering events and functions

You will have leadership qualities and an interest in people development. As a supervisor, you will be prepared to support and develop your fellow team members, assist them with training and customer service.
You will deliver excellent customer service and food hygiene standards. You must be an individual that understands our community values and can consistently deliver a high-quality food and drink.
