Your Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Support pupils aged 7-19 with complex needs and varying academic abilities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students engage with learning.
Assist the class teacher in delivering structured, accessible, and engaging activities.
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, social development, and independence.
