Location: 5 days per week on site at Hams Hall, Coleshill Birmingham
DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking a Senior IT System Support, providing on-site IT configuration support for Blue Yonder 2023 Warehouse Management System (WMS) and act as customer liaison for all IT services impacting the site.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Performance: Successful delivery for IT solutions will include the coordination of central IT functions and coordinating and communicating with site operational colleagues. The focus will be on change management and incident coordination.
- A key component of the role will be to play an active part in IT project delivery for the site, act as a site WMS SME providing end user service to enable the effective use of IT Systems.
- Innovate: Play key technical role in WMS Projects and coordinate with central IT Configuration Team when require. In this role you will be responsible for WMS changes like Report and Label design.
- Lead WMS continuous improvement for site by identifying and applying changes across departments.
- Lead with Purpose: Responsible for providing support on testing, training & defect resolution management & also capture issues during go live. To provide support to Configurer's during TAT & UAT testing phases.
- Customer Relationships: lead and co-ordinate relationships and communication with business partners and customers
- Ensure Compliance: Delivery and adherence to DHL IT Strategy and Governance. Including IT Change Management, Training and Documentation.
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Logistics or Supply Chain Industry knowledge and IT experience in a large complex organisation.
- In this role it is essential that you have in-depth experience of Blue Yonder 2023 WMS including system change requests.
- Experience of WMS configuration and DHL Link Integration is essential.
- You will have SQL and report writing experience using PowerBI, Vue or WMS reports.
- Experience of Internal Customer and Stakeholder Management with good influencing skills.
- Experience of working on change management activities.
