If you are tired of dark, windowless high-street kitchens and want a role where you have actual creative freedom to shape a menu, bake fresh cafe favourites, and support exciting events, this is the place for you.
We are looking for someone creative, energetic and confident in the kitchen — someone who can refresh and develop menus, bring new ideas, and deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced vineyard, café and events environment.
The Role
- Developing exciting seasonal menus
- Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes
- Baking cakes and producing café favourites
- Supporting weddings, events and busy weekend service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Helping shape the future direction of our food offering
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen
- Creative flair and confidence with menu development
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Weekend availability is essential
- Flexibility for evening events and functions
- Pizza oven experience would be an advantage
