⭐️ About the Home & Company: ⭐️
Nestled in a beautiful rural village in the Vale of Belvoir, this is a stunning 3x bedded children’s home with breathtaking views. Each home is run with a strong therapeutic approach, offering stability, emotional warmth, and firm-but-fair boundaries that help children thrive.
Spacious, welcoming home in a small village community. Currently home to two wonderful young people (aged 11 and 15), this is a nurturing, settled environment supported by a fantastic team, including a strong Deputy Manager and 10 dedicated staff (with 2 Senior RSWs).
▪ 11x year old boy - energetic, outdoorsy, loves walks & nature
▪ 15x year old girl - creative, music-loving, enjoys cosplay & make-up Both children are in school and thriving, with one potentially moving into foster care soon
Founded by two directors with deep experience in the sector, the idea was born out of a genuine passion to create child-focused homes during the Covid era. Since opening in 2022, they’ve built strong relationships with Lincolnshire County Council and pride themselves on our strict matching procedure, ensuring stable, long-term placements.
The approach:
▪ Dual registration for SEMH and LD (ages 7–18)
▪ Focus on children with Autism and historic trauma (not extreme challenging behaviours)
▪ Stable placements with fun, therapeutic care (PACE model, therapeutic parenting, CPI training)
▪ Settled homes with emphasis on education, play, and real family-life experiences
Your role will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
