Are you a highly motivated marketer with a passion for both B2B and B2C marketing, looking to grow your career with a global leader in recruitment marketing?
Your new role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will join a small, collaborative marketing team responsible for delivering marketing activity across our two global brands, Faststream Recruitment and GOOSE Recruitment.
Working in a busy, data-driven sales environment where no two days are the same, you will play a key role in supporting both candidate attraction and client engagement, delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound website enquiries from candidates and clients, responding promptly, qualifying needs, and directing them to the right teams
- Developing tailored client proposals and marketing documents, working closely with consultants to ensure content is compelling, accurate, and commercially focused
- Speaking with internal stakeholders to gather information, ask the right questions, and ensure marketing activity is aligned and effective
- Writing and publishing clear, engaging content across multiple channels, including website pages, email campaigns, and social media
- Adapting messaging to suit different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Building strong working relationships with consultants and colleagues to support hiring and client engagement goals
- Planning and prioritising your workload across multiple campaigns, deadlines, and projects
- Reviewing and proofing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Identifying areas for improvement across marketing activity, processes, and the candidate and client journey, suggesting practical solutions
- Using CRM and marketing systems to track enquiries, campaign activity, and performance, ensuring data is accurate and supports effective decision making
- Creating basic visual assets using design tools to support campaigns and online content
- Monitoring and analysing performance data (e.g. website traffic, social engagement, email metrics) to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and improve results
- Researching market trends, competitors, and target audiences to support more effective marketing activity
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Who are we looking for?
This is a fast-paced role that requires a confident communicator (written and verbal) with strong organisational and time management skills. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and delivering to tight deadlines.
You’ll bring a proactive, positive attitude, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. A methodical approach and close attention to detail are essential, as accuracy and professionalism are key in everything you deliver.
Key skills and experience:
- Degree in Marketing and/or CIM qualification (desirable)
- At least one year of experience in a marketing role
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and channels
- Experience using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Creative flair, with experience using tools such as Canva
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience using website and email marketing platforms
- Experience with HubSpot (desirable)
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. You’ll receive one-to-one training with the Group Marketing Director, but you’ll need to bring a genuine appetite to learn, develop new skills, and take ownership of your growth.
