We’re recruiting a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing, ambitious team based in Manchester City Centre.
This role is ideal for someone confident, driven, and keen to begin or build a career in sales, with structured training and clear progression opportunities.
About the Role
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of the sales process. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, starting meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for the senior sales team. This is a target‑focused role with uncapped commission, well suited to someone motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Confidently communicating product or service value propositions
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team
- Working consistently towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Accurately logging activity and progress in the CRM system
