We are seeking an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to lead our front of house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-quality dining environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a busy restaurant, with background in a 1 or 2 AA rosette or similarly recognised dining establishment. You will need to be a natural leader with outstanding attention to detail, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop the team.
It will be over five shifts per week, across 7 days, with a combination of early shifts starting at 07.00 and finishing at 15.00 or late shifts staring at 15.00 and finishing at 23.00.
And one or two sleeping overnight manager duties per week, which you will stay overnight at the hotel but sleeping duty.
Including meals on duty, on-going training opportunities, and a friendly and supportive working environment in an award-winning independently owned hotel and restaurant.
A share of tips plus 28 days holiday pay per annum.
