Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
- Carry out general manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving items
- Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following safety protocols
- Support team members with specific project-related tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety for oneself and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake demanding tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles
