We are seeking a talented and professional Lash Technician and/or Aesthetics Practitioner to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
- Perform customised lash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety standards are met
- Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments such as fillers and anti-wrinkle
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols and sanitise equipment between appointments
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive service and clear communication
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician or Aesthetics Practitioner
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and confidently
- Ability to work well with clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
- Valid certification or qualification in lash extensions or aesthetics
