You will need to be passionate about customer service and able to ensure that the needs of our members are always met. You will need to be pro-active, friendly and outgoing with the ability to work well as part of our already close team.
Ability to demonstrate previous experience in a customer facing role would be required. Having a driving licence would be desirable due to location.
Main duties include:
- Opening & closing the Leisure Club
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being followed (training provided)
- Completing all daily tasks including cleaning and administration
- Assisting to answer all enquiries from colleagues and Leisure Members
- Punctual, reliable, great work ethic
- General housekeeping duties
- Pool testing (training provided)
Additional shift cover will be available to cover holidays.
