Job description
We are currently seeking multi-skilled tradespersons to join our approved list of suppliers.
You will be required to work independently undertaking various scopes of works within commercial buildings. The type of work will be varied, i.e. basic fabric repairs - guttering, doors, windows, locks, flooring, tiling, signage, carpentry and plumbing repairs.
Contractors will be self employed and be provided with a commercial vehicle for business use only. Use of own tools is required.
Rate : Negotiable daily rate
Minimum Requirements:
- Building maintenance experience
- Valid driving licence
- Confident use of handheld IT for managing work and provision of paperwork
- Flexibility is required for working hours
- Awareness and knowledge of health and safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £120.00-£180.00 per day
