About the Role
Causeway Coast Holiday Park is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Senior Accounts & Office Administration Supervisor to join our team in Ballycastle.
This is a key role combining financial oversight, administrative coordination, and team support. You will play an essential part in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering a welcoming and professional experience for all guests.
Main Purpose of the Role
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, while overseeing accounts and administrative functions. The key aim is to retain existing customers and attract new business through excellent service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Handle enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in line with company policy
- Stay up to date with promotions and pricing to maximise sales opportunities
- Fulfil reasonable guest requests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and safety
Accounts & Financial Management
- Ensure compliance with all Accounts Department procedures
- Complete daily banking and financial processes accurately
- Manage purchase procedures, including ordering, payments, and invoice processing
- Monitor cash control, including random safe and float checks
- Balance reception tills and ensure secure handling of all monies
Administrative Support
- Support with rotas, scheduling, and daily/weekly task planning
- HR administration, including maintaining employee records
- Complete checklists and provide reports to management as required
- Support the company complaints procedure
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain records including invoices, letters, and documentation
- Order stationery and site supplies
Staff Supervision
- Oversee completion of staff timesheets and reporting
- Conduct routine security checks and report issues
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies and evacuation procedures
Professional Development
- Participate in training and continuous development
- Contribute to team meetings and operational improvements
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and make effective decisions
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in accounts and administration preferred
- Supervisory experience desirable
