Are you a passionate and motivated nurse looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, supportive, and expanding nursing team. Working across our two practice sites, Tilehurst Village and Chancellor House Surgeries. You'll care for a diverse patient population of approximately 16,000 patients, making a real difference to the health and well-being of our local community.
We were rated Good by the CQC in January.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment. Experience and a strong interest in managing long-term conditions such as respiratory disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses would be highly advantageous.
