Job Summary
Ellgia are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telesales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients via telephone, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to develop their career within a supportive environment. Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software would be an advantage however, full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform and reports
- Follow up on leads generated through our website or referrals
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries professionally and efficiently
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Generate reports from our inhouse systems to identify personal and team lead generation
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM software systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
