We are looking for a Sous Chef with a real and strong passion for both exceptional customer service and fresh food.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a restaurant and wedding venue, dealing with covers 100+ banqueting.
Must have an hands on approach and be creative. Working with our Head Chef, the candidate will assist in ensuring the department is economically manned at all times to the needs of the business and without detriment to standards and take a joint roll in ordering, costing’s, budgeting, menu planning, stock-taking and rotas etc. Menu development and costing’s in accordance with targeted GP would also be a duty along with adhering to COSHH and Health and Safety Regulations.
