About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sector Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is focused on developing and expanding existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the market sector.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, acting as a trusted partner to clients, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business in an exciting and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and develop existing accounts by introducing new products and services
- Identify, target, and onboard new customers within your sector
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies
- Manage day-to-day quotations and order requirements
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations and delivery teams
- Maintain and update product listings and requirements on the online ordering portal
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events
- Stay ahead of industry trends, legislation, and market developments
- Research customer needs to support new product development opportunities
- Proactively identify and break into new accounts
- Deliver revenue growth in line with company targets
- Report directly to the Sales Director
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of:
- Growing existing accounts
- Winning and onboarding new business
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Confident in pitching products and services
- Highly motivated, driven, and results-focused
- Able to balance both proactive business development and reactive account management
- Demonstrates hunger, humility, and intelligence in approach
- Aligned with company values and culture
- Ambition and capability to progress into a leadership role in the future
