Laundry Production Operative – Commercial Laundry

Pay: National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (age dependent)

Hours: 30 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm
About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Laundry Production Operative to join our commercial laundry facility in Pershore. This is a hands-on role working within a small, friendly team to support the daily processing of laundry to agreed quality and hygiene standards.
This role would suit someone reliable, practical, and happy working in a production environment. No previous laundry experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting, washing, drying, and ironing laundry items
- Operating industrial laundry machinery safely
- Folding and packing items ready for dispatch
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Following health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Supporting the wider team as required
About You
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods of time
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-focused
