Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a talented and driven Marketing Manager to help elevate brand presence, generate digital leads, and support wider business growth strategies.

The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and internal teams, you will take ownership of the company’s marketing function, helping to strengthen market positioning and drive engagement across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, improving digital performance, and developing marketing initiatives that support both new business generation and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Drive lead generation activity and improve digital enquiry performance
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence and engagement
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer communications
- Monitor, manage, and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to improve CRM/database pipelines and marketing workflows
- Support website development, SEO strategy, and Google Ads activity
- Strengthen client relationships through targeted marketing initiatives and communication strategies
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers where required
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
About You
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position
- Strong marketing generalist background with both strategic and hands-on capability
- Experience within construction, engineering, or technical sectors is essential
- Proven experience driving digital marketing performance and lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, website optimisation, and email marketing
- Experience using CRM systems, marketing automations, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
