The Role: Room Leader (Toddler Room)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to step up or continue growing in a leadership role.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a small team within the Toddler Room
- Deliver outstanding early years education and childcare
- Facilitate children's learning through extending teachable moments
- Take responsibility as a Key Person (observations, planning, development tracking)
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support management with the day-to-day running of the nursery
What We’re Looking For (Keywords for Indeed Search)
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential)
- Room Leader / Senior Nursery Practitioner experience (Desirable)
- Experience with children aged 0–5 years
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic childcare professional
