We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team based in the Warrington / Northwest area!
Our client is a well-established, reputable and expanding grounds maintenance company looking to expand their contract management team.
We are pleased to be able to offer this position on a full time, permanent basis. Therefore if successful, you'll be employed directly by our client on a permanent contract and not through an agency.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for a variety of grounds maintenance / landscaping / fencing projects across the northwest, duties will include;
- Managing existing contracts
- Setting up new contracts, and ensuring their delivery
- Mange labour and material supplies
- Organise the hire, delivery and use of machines / equipment required
- Keep clients up to date with project progress and attend meetings where required
- Conduct random site visits to ensure contracts are being delivered as per the brief
- Lead a team of site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
- Organize labour
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Focus on costs, ensuring contracts stay within budget
- Report on contract performance / progress internally to management
This role would require the successful applicant to manage any contracts the company has within the north-west region, therefore occasional travel may be required.
During the initial 6 months, you will have assist from senior management until you are up to speed.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
No weekend working required.
Pay:
£40,000.00 - £45,000.00 start salary, depending on experience.
+ Annual bonus.

Experience required:
- Must have at least 2-3 years contracts management experience within the grounds maintenance / landscaping industry.
- Must have experience managing multiple contracts at once.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
