This role involves performing various waxing services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients. A background in makeup application is advantageous, as it complements the overall aesthetic services we provide.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality waxing services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional advice when necessary.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster a loyal customer base.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in waxing techniques and skincare products to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in promoting additional services offered at the boutique, including makeup application when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
