Location: Peterlee, Co. Durham
Job Type: Part Time - 20hrs p.w. 9am-1pm (Monday-Friday).
Salary: £13.25 per hour (£13,780 per annum)

We are looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Specialist to help our customers set up, use, and enjoy their Easology devices.
Your Role
As a Customer Support & Logistics Specialist, you will be the friendly voice of Easology, helping customers over the phone with setup, troubleshooting, and tuition. You will also handle order processing, shipping, returns, and inventory management—ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to daily use.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Assist customers over the phone with setting up and using their Easology smartphone or tablet
- Provide over-the-phone tuition and support to help customers maximize their device’s features
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues in a clear and patient manner
Logistics & Order Processing
- Manage customer orders: pick, pack, and process shipments
- Assist with delivery issues and liaise with couriers
- Process returns and refunds
Inventory & Purchasing
- Track and manage stock levels of smartphones, tablets, and accessories
- Handle the purchasing and restocking of products as needed
Brand Representation
- Be the face of Easology, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for customers
- Drive customer satisfaction by making technology easy and accessible
What We’re Looking For

✅ Passionate about helping people – especially older adults and those with accessibility needs
✅ Patient and understanding – able to explain technology in a simple way
✅ Familiar with Android smartphones & tablets – experience with Samsung devices is a plus
✅ Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage orders, inventory, and logistics
✅ Administrative skills – comfortable handling orders, returns, and purchasing
