Salary: £26k - 29k per year
Our client who are well respected in their field are looking for an Account Manager to join their energetic team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a customer-focussed role with lots of career development potential!
You will be expected to attend regular client visits so a company car will be provided.
The Benefits:
- £26,000 basic salary
- Company car provided
- £3k p/a bonus (£750/quarter) which will be guaranteed for the first year
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office) after probation
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hours of work between 8am & 4.30pm / 9am & 5.30pm
- Regular social events
Account Manager - The Responsibilities:
- Day to day account management of customers by phone, e-mail and site visits
- Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
- Collect and process accurate data ready for analysis by wider team
- Arrange and where appropriate attend on site meetings
- Position upgrades in services where appropriate
- Maximise revenue by introducing all services offered by the company
Account Manager - Skills & Experience Required:
- Graduate in Economics, Maths or Business Administration is desirable but not essential
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude
- Very strong communication skills
- Excellent rapport-building & ability to adapt to different types of customers
- Results-driven
