Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our clients team on a temporary basis to cover holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 5am until 11am.
