Responsibilities

- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, promoting best practices in food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, inventory management, and stock control to optimise kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant food safety legislation and restaurant policies.
