Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalised care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and care plans
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document observations accurately
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with healthcare regulations
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective patient care
- Lead nursing team activities, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff where necessary
- Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the clinical environment
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficient in developing care plans that meet individual patient requirements
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Pay: From £22.00 per hour
