As a part of our street food venture, you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious, high-quality pizza to our customers in a lively outdoor setting. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to our established recipes and standards, our pizzas are hand made.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling the food stall at events or markets.
- Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable dining experience, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- A keen interest in food, particularly pizza-making, is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices is beneficial.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
