We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Serving food and beverages with professionalism and friendliness
- Preparing and replenishing bar areas, including mixing drinks as required
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations, particularly food safety standards, are strictly adhered to
- Managing table settings and clearing tables promptly to maintain a clean environment
- Assisting colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by engaging positively with guests
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the bar area is tidy at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Proven serving experience with excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions confidently
- Ability to work efficiently within a team while managing multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
