We are now looking for a Lead Property Partner to help shape the next stage of that journey. This is not a role for someone who wants to coast. It is for someone who wants to grow. You will be the person homeowners meet when they are thinking about moving. You will guide them through pricing, strategy, marketing and decision-making with confidence, honesty and clarity. You will not be asked to win instructions by overpromising. You will be trained to win them through trust, preparation and professionalism. We can teach you our valuation process, our pricing model and our selling strategy. What we are looking for is harder to teach: drive, discipline, resilience, commercial awareness and the desire to become exceptional. You may already work in estate agency, or you may come from sales, recruitment, hospitality leadership, automotive, financial services, military or another high-performance environment.
